Every PawMuff™ is backed for 30 days from delivery. If it's not right for your pup, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
Wrong size or not the color you expected?
Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you arrange an exchange for the size or color you want. Because each PawMuff ships directly to you, there's usually no need to post anything back — we'll guide you through it.
Damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing from your parcel?
Please tell us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it quickly. Send a photo or short video of the issue, along with a photo of everything you received next to the shipping label. Once we confirm, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Note: minor scratches or dents from normal transit aren't considered defects.
Parcel marked delivered but didn't arrive?
Let us know within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and, once confirmed, sort out a replacement or refund.
Delivery problems (wrong or incomplete address)
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the address we ship to. If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, get in touch and we'll help arrange redelivery to a corrected address in the same country.

A couple of honest notes
- We don't require physical returns — it's kinder and greener to skip the postage and simply make things right.
- Claims for damage, defects, wrong, missing, or non-delivered items must be raised within 7 days of delivery with the photos above. General “not right for us” exchanges are covered by the 30-day promise.
- We can't cover issues caused by things outside anyone's control (extreme weather, carrier disruptions, customs holds).
